Solid hardware, documentation could be better
Hardware quality is top-notch and boot times are fast. However, the schematic diagrams provided online were slightly outdated. Once figured out, it runs perfectly.

Excellent board for complex SoC projects
The ZYNQ7035 variant works flawlessly with Vivado. The FMC HPC connector is robust and the PCIe lanes are stable. Great value for industrial prototyping.

Great expansion capabilities

Best in class for this price point

Good performance, minor USB issue
Overall a fantastic dev board. Had a small driver issue with the USB 3.0 port on Windows initially, but it worked immediately on Linux. Highly recommended for FPGA engineers.
Q: Can I run Ubuntu directly on this board?
A: Absolutely. The board supports running Ubuntu ARM or PetaLinux distributions on the PS (Processing System) side of the Zynq SoC.
Q: Are Vivado design files available for download?
A: Yes, basic reference designs and pin constraint files (.xdc) for Vivado 2022.1 and newer are available on our GitHub repository linked in the user manual.
Q: Does this board support the XC7Z100 chip specifically?
A: Yes, we offer variants with XC7Z035, XC7Z045, and XC7Z100. Please select your specific chip requirement from the dropdown menu before ordering.
Q: Is the FMC connector HPC or LPC?
