Good mini PC base
Used this to build a compact home server. The J4125 handles light transcoding well. Just make sure you get a good cooler if you plan to push it hard.

Perfect for my industrial automation project
This board runs Windows 11 smoothly right out of the box. The dual LAN ports are exactly what I needed for my firewall setup. Build quality feels very solid for an SBC.

Great value but documentation could be better
Hardware performance is excellent for the price point. I had to dig around a bit to find the specific pinout diagram for the GPIO header, but once configured, it works flawlessly.

Decent board, shipping took a while
The board itself works as described and fits our enclosure perfectly. Only giving 3 stars because the shipping took longer than expected, but the product quality is fine.

Excellent compatibility with Linux
While advertised for Windows, I installed Ubuntu Server and all drivers were recognized immediately. The M.2 slot makes storage upgrades very easy.
Q: Is the RAM soldered on or can it be upgraded?
A: The RAM is not soldered; it uses a standard DDR4 SO-DIMM slot allowing you to upgrade or replace the memory module up to 8GB.
Q: Can I power this directly from a 24V industrial power supply?
A: Yes, the board features a wide voltage input range of DC 12V to 24V, making it suitable for direct connection to standard 24V industrial power supplies.
Q: Where can I download the BIOS and drivers?
A: You can find the latest BIOS files, driver packages, and user manuals on the 'Support' section of our official website under the Youyeetoo X1 product page.
Q: Does it come with a heatsink and fan included?
A: The package includes a passive aluminum heatsink. An active cooling fan is not included but can be attached via the standard 4-pin CPU fan header.
Q: Does this board support NVMe SSDs or only SATA?
A: The M.2 slot on the X1 SBC supports SATA protocol only (2242 size). It does not support NVMe PCIe SSDs.
