Solid for industrial sensors
Using these for remote temperature monitoring in our warehouse. They hold connection well over long distances. Would give 5 stars if it came with header pins pre-soldered, but that's a minor inconvenience.

Robust and Reliable
I've burned out cheaper clones before, but this module runs cool even under heavy load. The built-in antenna provides good range throughout my workshop. Highly recommended for students and pros alike.

Great value, minor pin labeling issue
Excellent board for the price. Bluetooth connectivity is stable. The only downside is that some pin labels on the silkscreen are a bit small to read without a magnifier, but the documentation online is clear.

Best bang for your buck
The processing power compared to the ESP8266 is a huge upgrade. I can run FreeRTOS tasks easily. The power consumption is also quite low when in deep sleep mode, perfect for battery projects.

Easy to get started
As a beginner, I was worried about the complexity, but there are tons of tutorials for this specific board. It connected to my WiFi instantly and the Bluetooth examples worked right out of the box.

Perfect for IoT Prototyping
This ESP-32S board is exactly what I needed for my home automation project. The dual-core performance handles WiFi and sensor data simultaneously without lag. Setup with Arduino IDE was seamless.

A: Yes, the ESP-WROOM-32 fully supports OTA updates. You can update your firmware wirelessly via WiFi using the Arduino IDE, PlatformIO, or ESP-IDF frameworks.
Q: What is the maximum current this board can supply to peripherals?
A: The 3.3V pin can generally supply up to 500mA depending on your USB power source, but we recommend drawing no more than 200-300mA for stability. For high-power devices, use an external power supply.
Q: Does this board come with pre-soldered header pins?
