Exactly what I needed for class
Bought this for my university robotics project. It connects easily and handles all the standard libraries. The pin layout is identical to the original, so all my shields fit perfectly.

Good board, read the instructions
Works well after installing the driver. Make sure you select the right board type and port in the IDE. The LED blink example worked immediately after configuration. Good build quality.

Perfect for beginners on a budget
This board works flawlessly with the Arduino IDE. I had to install the CH340 driver first, which was easy to find online. Once set up, I uploaded several sketches without any issues. Great value for learning electronics.

Solid performance, minor driver hiccup
The hardware quality is surprisingly good for the price. The only downside was figuring out the correct driver for my Mac, but once that was sorted, it has been running my sensor projects continuously for weeks.
Q: Do I need to install specific drivers for Windows 10?
A: Yes, this board uses the CH340 USB-to-serial chip. You will need to download and install the CH340 driver, which is widely available online, before your computer can recognize the board.
Q: Does this come with a USB cable?
A: This listing is for the development board only. A standard USB Type-A to Type-B cable is not included but can be purchased separately or found at most electronics stores.
Q: Is this board compatible with the Arduino Motor Shield?
A: Yes, the pinout is fully compatible with the standard Arduino UNO R3 layout. You can safely stack standard Arduino shields, including motor shields, onto this board.
Q: What happens if I apply 12V to the VIN pin?
A: The recommended input voltage range is 7-12V. While it might survive 12V briefly, it can cause the regulator to overheat. We strongly suggest staying within the 7-9V range for stable operation.
Q: Can I power this board with a 9V battery?
A: Absolutely. You can connect a 9V battery to the barrel jack or the Vin pin. The onboard regulator will step the voltage down to the required 5V for the microcontroller.
