Great hardware, steep learning curve
The hardware quality is excellent for the price. However, if you are new to the Hongmeng ecosystem, expect to spend some time reading docs. Once configured, the Wi-Fi stability is impressive.

Best value RISC-V board available
Compared to other development boards in this category, the BearPi-HM_Nano offers unbeatable value. The community support is growing fast, and there are plenty of sample codes available.

Solid performance for smart home prototypes
Used this to build a smart temperature sensor. The connection to the cloud via OpenHarmony was smooth. Only minor issue was the initial driver installation on Windows, but support helped quickly.

Ideal for classroom use
We bought ten of these for our university lab. Students find them easy to program, and the small form factor fits well on breadboards. Highly recommended for educational purposes.
