Perfect for beginners and pros alike
This is the gold standard for microcontroller boards. The build quality is excellent, and it works flawlessly with the Arduino IDE. I used it to build a home automation sensor node, and the stability has been impressive.

Reliable workhorse
We have dozens of these in our makerspace. They take a beating from students and keep working. Only giving 4 stars because the included USB cable was a bit short, but the board itself is perfect.

Great board, minor packaging issue
The board functions perfectly and uploads code without errors. The anti-static bag was slightly torn upon arrival, but the board was unaffected. Performance is exactly what I expected from an original Arduino.

Standard for a reason
You can't go wrong with an Uno R3. It's compatible with almost every shield out there. I use it for rapid prototyping before moving to custom PCBs. The voltage regulation is stable.

Genuine product, fast shipping

Easy to get started
As someone new to electronics, this kit made learning very approachable. The community support is huge, so finding code examples for any project is easy. Highly recommended for learning.

A: No, the board operates at low voltage (5V). To control high-voltage appliances, you must use intermediate components like relays or optocouplers to ensure safety and prevent damage to the microcontroller.
Q: Can I power this board with a 9V battery?
A: Absolutely. You can connect a 9V battery to the barrel jack or the Vin and GND pins. The onboard regulator will step it down to the required 5V.
Q: What is the maximum current I can draw from the 5V pin?
A: When powered via USB, the total current available is limited by the USB port (typically 500mA). When using the external power jack, you can draw more, but ensure you do not exceed the regulator's limits, generally around 800mA total for the board and peripherals.
