Works as advertised
Plug and play with the compatible Alinx boards. The thermal performance is good; the modules don't get excessively hot even under stress testing. A very dependable piece of kit.

Solid industrial grade component

Great hardware, minor documentation gap
The card works flawlessly for high-speed data transmission. I deducted one star only because the example testbench code could be more detailed for beginners. However, the hardware itself is robust and reliable.

Perfect match for my AX7035 board
The build quality is excellent. The SFP cages fit snugly, and I had no issues establishing 10G links with standard transceivers. The pinout documentation was clear and made integration into my Vivado project straightforward.

A: The card is rated for standard commercial environments. While not explicitly limited, we recommend usage below 3,000 meters for optimal thermal dissipation without active cooling modifications.
Q: Can I use this for Aurora protocol implementation?
A: Absolutely. The physical layer is transparent to the protocol. You can implement Aurora 8B/10B or any other serial protocol supported by your FPGA transceivers.
Q: Are SFP transceivers included in the package?
A: No, the package includes only the FMC adapter card. SFP/SFP+ optical or copper transceivers must be purchased separately based on your specific cabling needs.
