Great hardware, docs could be better
The hardware quality is solid and handles my brushless motor well. I wish the documentation had more examples for stepper motors.

Smooth motor operation

Perfect for custom CNC builds
Using this for a small CNC axis. The STM32 processing power is sufficient for high step rates. Very happy with the purchase.

Excellent for FOC projects
This board makes implementing field oriented control much easier than building from scratch. The PID tuning is responsive.
Q: Does it come with a USB to Serial adapter?
A: No, this board requires an external SWD programmer or UART converter for programming and communication.
Q: Can I use this with SimpleFOC library?
A: Absolutely, this board is fully compatible with the SimpleFOC library for easy motor control.
Q: Is a heatsink included?
A: No, the heatsink is not included in the package. You may need to purchase one separately for high load applications.
Q: What is the peak current handling?
A: While continuous is 5A, the board can handle peaks up to 8A for short durations with adequate cooling.
Q: Does this support 5V logic levels?
A: Yes, the GPIO pins are 5V tolerant, but we recommend 3.3V for optimal performance.
