Great Gift Idea
Bought this as a birthday gift for my sister who loves her two cats. She cried happy tears when she saw it. The only reason for 4 stars is that the first draft had the wrong collar color, but they fixed it immediately.

Cute but took longer than expected
The final result is adorable and my kids love it, but it took about 7 days instead of the promised 5. Communication was good though, and they kept me updated on the delay.
