Okay, Instructions Could Be Better
The module itself functions, but there was no printed guide on how to calibrate the sensitivity properly. Had to look up tutorials online. Works once configured.

Works Great for Alarm Projects
I used this module for a DIY security system prototype. The sensitivity adjustment is very responsive and it pairs perfectly with my Arduino Uno. Highly recommended for hobbyists.

Good Value Pack
Bought multiple units for a classroom project. All of them functioned correctly. Students were able to integrate them into their logic circuits without issues.

Sensitive but Needs Tuning
The sensor works well once you find the right spot on the potentiometer. It can be a bit too sensitive out of the box, but that's expected for vibration detection. Good value.

Perfect for Arduino
Easy to wire up. VCC, GND, and OUT pin layout is standard. The LED indicators help a lot when debugging the threshold levels. Arrived quickly.
Q: Is this suitable for outdoor installation?
A: The PCB is not weatherproof. For outdoor use, please enclose the module in a waterproof housing to protect the electronics from moisture.
Q: Is this module compatible with 3.3V logic boards?
A: Yes, the operating voltage range is 3.3V to 5V DC, so it is fully compatible with 3.3V logic systems like some Raspberry Pi models.
Q: Is the output Normally Open or Normally Closed?
A: The output state can be adjusted via the potentiometer, but it typically outputs a high signal when vibration is detected depending on your circuit logic.
Q: Can the output drive a relay directly?
A: The output is a digital signal intended for microcontrollers. We recommend using a transistor or driver circuit to power a relay safely.
Q: Does this sensor detect sound or only physical vibration?
A: This module is designed specifically for physical vibration detection. It is not a microphone and will not trigger based on sound waves alone.
