Documentation lacking
The hardware is fine, but finding the right library took some time. Would be nice to have a wiki page linked.

Good sensor, needs patience
Works well but you need to let it run for a few days to stabilize fully. Initial readings were a bit high. Otherwise great value.

Excellent Accuracy
Using this in my smart ventilation system. The eCO2 tracking helps decide when to open windows. Very responsive to changes.

Perfect for ESP32 Projects
Integrated easily with my home air quality monitor. I2C lines worked straight out of the box. Readings seem consistent with my dedicated meter.
Q: How long does calibration take?
A: Initial warm-up is seconds, but full baseline calibration takes about 7 days of continuous operation.
Q: Can I use this outdoors?
A: It is designed for indoor air quality. High humidity or rain may damage the sensor element.
Q: Is this 5V tolerant?
A: Yes, the module includes a regulator, but logic levels are 3.3V. Use a level shifter for 5V MCUs.
Q: Is there an Arduino library?
A: Yes, several open-source libraries are available compatible with the Sensirion driver.
Q: Does it detect Carbon Monoxide?
A: No, the SGP30 is designed for TVOC and eCO2 only. Please check our CO sensor range for carbon monoxide.
