Reliable attitude measurement
Using this for a camera gimbal stabilizer. The angle data is smooth and responds quickly to movement changes.
Q: Does the module require manual calibration before use?
A: The module comes pre-calibrated from the factory. However, software calibration is recommended for high-precision applications.
Q: Do you provide an Arduino library for this sensor?
A: We provide sample code in the documentation section. Community libraries are also available on major code repositories.
Q: What is the maximum data update rate?
A: The default output rate is 100Hz. This can be adjusted via specific serial commands found in the protocol manual.
Q: Is this module compatible with Raspberry Pi GPIO?
A: Yes, it is compatible via the UART pins. Please ensure you configure the serial port correctly in your OS settings.
Q: Can this measure static tilt angles accurately?
A: Yes, it is designed to measure static tilt angles as well as dynamic motion using the accelerometer and gyroscope fusion.
