5 FAQ

Q: Is the NO/NC configuration changeable?

A: This module is fixed as Normally Open. For Normally Closed, you would need to wire differently or choose another model.

Q: Can I connect multiple sensors in parallel?

A: Yes, but ensure your power supply can handle the combined current draw.

Q: What happens when power is lost?

A: The relay will deactivate. It is not a latching relay.

Q: Is the sensor plate corrosion resistant?

A: It is nickel-coated. For long-term outdoor use, we recommend applying a protective layer.

Q: Can I use this with Raspberry Pi?

A: Yes, but ensure you use the 5V pin for power. GPIO pins should read the signal output.
