Good sensor, requires calibration
The hardware is solid. Just remember you need standard buffer solutions to calibrate it before first use. Once calibrated, it is quite accurate.

Great value for money
Compared to other industrial sensors, this is very affordable for hobbyists. The filtering algorithm reduces noise significantly.
Q: Is this compatible with 3.3V microcontrollers?
A: Yes, the module can operate with 3.3V logic, but please ensure the power supply meets the probe requirements.
Q: Is there a library available for Arduino?
A: Yes, you can find open-source libraries on GitHub that support this specific pH sensor module.
Q: Do I need to buy calibration solutions separately?
A: Yes, calibration buffers (pH 4.01 and 6.86) are not included and should be purchased separately for accurate readings.
Q: Can the entire module be submerged in water?
A: No, only the pH probe head is waterproof. The circuit board must remain dry to prevent damage.
Q: What is the expected lifespan of the probe?
A: With proper storage and maintenance, the E-201 probe typically lasts 1 to 2 years depending on usage frequency.
