Beautiful but unique coloration
The piece is gorgeous, but please note that since it is natural stone, the color varies significantly from the photos. Mine has more white patches than green, but the seller explained this is normal for raw stone. Still very happy with it.

Perfect traditional decor
Exactly what I was looking for to complement my other Asian-inspired decor. The rosewood base complements the green jade beautifully. It feels like a premium product worth every penny.

Great gift, slightly smaller than expected
Bought this as a housewarming gift for my parents who love Asian art. They were thrilled with the quality and the symbolism of the deer. My only note is that it feels a bit lighter than I anticipated, but the wood base is very sturdy.

Exquisite craftsmanship and beautiful stone
The detail on the deer carving is absolutely stunning. You can tell this was done by hand. The jade has a lovely translucency and the color variations are natural and pleasing. It looks perfect on my entryway console table.

Brings a sense of calm to the room
There is something very grounding about having this piece in the home office. The carving of the deer is gentle and elegant. Packaging was secure with plenty of bubble wrap, so it arrived without a scratch.
Q: Is a certificate of authenticity included?
A: Yes, every ornament comes with an official Certificate of Authenticity detailing the material origin and craftsmanship, packaged inside the gift box.
Q: Does the wooden base come attached to the stone?
A: The wooden base is not glued; the stone sits securely in a custom-fitted groove on the base. This allows you to remove the stone if you ever wish to examine it closely or clean the base separately.
Q: What does the deer symbolize in this context?
A: In traditional culture, the deer (Lu) is a powerful symbol of longevity, prosperity, and official rank. It is often given as a gift to wish someone good fortune and a long, healthy life.
Q: Is the jade treated or dyed in any way?
A: No, our Shangpin Meige ornaments are made from 100% natural, untreated Xiuyan jade. The colors and patterns you see are entirely formed by nature.
Q: How should I clean this ornament?
A: We recommend gently wiping the jade with a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or exposing the stone to extreme temperatures.
