Exactly as described
Needed a replacement for a discontinued part in our 2015 car wash line. The 50mm MPBZ model fit perfectly and operates smoother than the original OEM part. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Durable but check your measurements
The quality of the copper alloy is outstanding and handles the high-pressure environment well. Just make sure you measure your shaft diameter precisely before ordering the 60mm or 80mm variants. Took off one star because shipping took a bit longer than expected.

Perfect for our tunnel washers
We replaced several worn-out steel bushings with these MPBZ graphite bronze sleeves in our commercial car wash. The self-lubricating feature is a game changer since water washes away traditional grease. No squeaking after three months of heavy use.

Reduced downtime significantly
As a maintenance provider for multiple car wash facilities, we stock these bushings regularly. They last much longer than standard brass bushings in wet environments. The graphite plugs ensure smooth rotation even when submerged.

Solid performance in wet conditions
These bushings handle the constant exposure to soap and water without corroding. We haven't had to lubricate them once since installation. Only minor issue was the packaging could be better protected for such heavy metal parts.

Great value for industrial grade parts
Bought the 100mm size for a large pivot arm on our touchless system. Fit was perfect right out of the box. The material feels very solid and the machining tolerances are tight. Highly recommend for anyone upgrading old equipment.
Q: Can these bushings be used in fully submerged applications within the car wash tunnel?
A: Yes, the MPBZ series is specifically designed for wet environments. The copper alloy resists corrosion, and the graphite self-lubrication works effectively even when submerged in water or cleaning solutions.
Q: How do I determine which size (40-100mm) I need for my machine?
A: You need to measure the outer diameter of your existing shaft or pivot pin accurately using calipers. Select the bushing model that matches your shaft diameter (e.g., choose the '60' model for a 60mm shaft). Ensure you also check the required length and outer housing diameter.
Q: What is the maximum load capacity for the 80mm inner diameter version?
A: The 80mm MPBZ bushing can typically support dynamic loads up to 45 N/mm² and static loads up to 70 N/mm², depending on the specific sliding speed and operating temperature of your machinery.
Q: Are these bushings compatible with stainless steel shafts?
A: Absolutely. These bronze bushings are commonly paired with hardened or stainless steel shafts in car wash equipment to minimize wear on the more expensive shaft component while providing smooth operation.
Q: Do I need to apply any grease or oil during installation?
A: No additional lubrication is required. The embedded graphite plugs provide continuous self-lubrication. In fact, adding external grease can attract dirt and debris, which may reduce performance in car wash applications.
