Good protection for knuckles

The foam distribution is even, protecting my knuckles well on the heavy bag. The velcro strap is strong and keeps the glove secure.

Great value for beginners

I bought these for heavy bag work at home. They are comfortable and durable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they took a few days to break in.

A: No, hand wraps are sold separately. We strongly advise using hand wraps underneath these gloves to protect your wrists and knuckles effectively.

Q: Are these gloves suitable for actual sparring or just bag work?

A: These gloves are designed for both heavy bag work and controlled sparring. However, for frequent sparring, we recommend using the 14oz or 16oz versions for extra protection for both you and your partner.

Q: How do I determine the right weight (oz) for my training?

A: Generally, 10-12oz is ideal for focus mitts and speed bags, while 14-16oz is better for heavy bag work and sparring. Heavier weights provide more padding and help build endurance.

Q: What is the return policy if the size doesn't fit?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original condition. If the gloves don't fit, you can exchange them for a different size or weight within this period.

Q: Can these gloves be washed?

A: We do not recommend machine washing. Instead, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and use an antibacterial spray inside. Allow them to air dry completely after each use.
