Great quality, fast shipping
The stamp arrived quickly and the customization was exactly as requested. Took off one star because the ink pad dried out slightly faster than expected, but overall very happy.
Q: Can I include an emoji or symbol with the name?
A: Currently, we only support alphanumeric characters to ensure the clearest impression. Symbols or emojis are not available at this time.
Q: Can I change the font style for the name?
A: Yes, we offer three different kid-friendly font styles. You can select your preference during the customization step before checkout.
Q: What if there is a spelling mistake in my order?
A: We send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Please check this proof carefully. If we make an error despite your approval, we will replace it free of charge.
Q: How long does the ink last?
A: Under normal usage conditions, the pre-inked stamp lasts for approximately 5,000 impressions. Refill pads are available for purchase separately.
Q: Is the ink safe if it gets on skin?
A: Absolutely. Our ink is non-toxic and washable, designed specifically for school environments. It washes off skin easily with soap and water.
