Q: What is the shelf life of the ink?
A: If kept sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, the ink typically remains usable for up to 2 years from the date of manufacture.
Q: Can I buy replacement ink pads separately?
A: Currently, replacement ink pads are sold as part of a refill kit which includes multiple colors. Please check our accessories section for availability.
Q: How do I change the stamp design?
A: Simply twist the bottom cap of the handle counter-clockwise to remove the current stamp head, insert the new design, and twist clockwise to lock it in place.
Q: Does this work on fabric?
A: While it can mark fabric, it is primarily designed for paper and cardstock. Marks on fabric may require washing to remove completely.
Q: Is the ink safe if a child accidentally gets it in their mouth?
A: Yes, the ink is non-toxic and formulated to be safe for children. However, it is not intended for consumption, and we recommend supervising young children during use.
