Fast shipping and great quality
Arrived earlier than expected. The build quality feels solid, much better than the generic ones I bought elsewhere. No issues with temperature stability.

Does the job well
Using the 30mm version for a custom hotend design. It provides even heating along the length. Would give 5 stars if the lead wires were a bit longer.

Good value, minor sizing variance
Works well for the price. The diameter was slightly tight in one of my blocks, but a little reaming fixed it. Heats up to 240C quickly on 24V.

Essential spare part
Every 3D printer owner should have one of these in their toolkit. Easy to install and works immediately. No flickering or power drops.
Q: Can I use the 24V heater on a 12V system?
A: You can, but the heating power will be significantly reduced (approximately 25% of rated power), resulting in much slower heat-up times. We recommend matching the voltage to your power supply.
Q: Is the 6x15 size compatible with the V6 hotend?
A: The standard V6 hotend typically uses a 6x20mm heater. The 6x15mm might be too short to make proper contact. We strongly suggest measuring your specific block before ordering.
Q: Does this come with thermal paste?
A: Yes, each package includes small sample sachets of high-temperature thermal paste to ensure optimal heat transfer between the heater and the hotend block.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this rod can reach?
A: While the rod itself can withstand very high temperatures, the practical limit is determined by your printer's firmware and thermal paste. It is commonly used for printing up to 300°C safely.
Q: Are the lead wires silicone or PVC?
A: The lead wires are made of high-temperature resistant silicone insulation, which is safe for use near hotends and prevents melting during operation.
