Easy cleanup and beautiful results

Perfect for our summer camp!

Fun family activity
My kids loved doing this on a rainy Saturday. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we needed to buy extra rubber bands, as the ones included ran out quickly for complex patterns.

Great pigment concentration
As advertised, the pigment is very concentrated. A little goes a long way. I only used half the packet for a large t-shirt and the color was deep and rich. Just make sure to wear the included gloves.

True Indigo Color

Best educational tool for art class

A: These specialized pigments are formulated specifically for natural fibers like cotton, linen, and rayon. They will not bond effectively with polyester or synthetic blends.
Q: Is this product safe for children under 8 years old?
A: While the materials are non-toxic and ASTM certified, we recommend adult supervision for children under 8 due to the fine powder nature of the concentrated dye.
Q: How long do I need to let the dye set before washing?
A: For the deepest and most vibrant colors, we recommend letting the dyed items sit in a plastic bag for at least 6 hours, though leaving them for 24 hours yields the best results.
Q: Does this kit include the soda ash fixer, or do I need to buy it separately?
A: The kit includes a small packet of soda ash fixer sufficient for up to 5 garments. For larger projects, we recommend purchasing additional fixer separately to ensure color longevity.
