Great features, sturdy build
Very happy with the purchase. It folds up nicely for storage when guests visit. The only minor issue is that the app connection took a few tries to set up initially, but once connected, it works flawlessly.

Best investment for our newborn
The automatic rocking motion is very gentle and soothing. My baby falls asleep much faster now. The mesh sides provide great visibility and airflow, which gives me peace of mind.

A lifesaver for new parents!
This smart cradle has been incredible. The remote control makes it so easy to adjust the rocking speed without waking the baby. The Bluetooth feature lets us play lullabies directly from our phones.

Smooth and quiet operation
I was worried about motor noise, but it is whisper-quiet. The different speed settings are useful for different moods. Deducting one star only because the remote buttons are a bit small.

Highly recommend for travel too
Since it is foldable, we took this on a trip to grandma's house. It fit easily in the car trunk. The battery backup option is a fantastic feature for power outages or outdoor use.

Excellent quality and design
The fabric feels premium and soft against the skin. Assembly was straightforward and took less than 15 minutes. The multi-function aspect means we will use this for months as the baby grows.
Q: Is the fabric cover machine washable?
A: Absolutely. The fabric cover is removable via zippers and can be gently machine washed on a cold cycle. Please air dry only.
Q: Up to what age can a baby use this cradle?
A: This cradle is suitable for newborns up until the baby can roll over independently or reaches the maximum weight limit of 33 lbs, whichever comes first.
Q: Can the rocking direction be changed or is it only side-to-side?
A: The cradle is designed for a gentle side-to-side rocking motion, which is recommended by pediatricians for infant safety and comfort.
Q: Does this cradle come with a mattress included?
A: Yes, the package includes a firm, breathable mattress pad specifically designed to fit this model safely.
Q: What happens if the power goes out while the baby is sleeping?
A: If you have installed the optional backup batteries (sold separately), the cradle will continue to operate. Otherwise, it will stop rocking but remains a safe, stationary bassinet.
