Perfect for home workouts

Solid construction

Very sturdy device. I was worried the spring might squeak, but it operates silently. Took off one star because shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the product itself is great.

Good quality but stiff at first

The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. The 40kg bar was quite stiff for the first week, but it loosened up slightly with use. Great value for the price.

Handles could be thicker

The spring mechanism works well and the resistance is accurate. However, I have large hands and found the foam handles a bit thin after extended use. Otherwise, it does the job.

Excellent for chest and arms
