Perfect for my small dorm room!
I love how easily this folds up. It fits perfectly under my bed or in my closet, which is a lifesaver in a tiny dorm. The cushioning is great for my knees during yoga practice.

Good for naps too!

Sturdy and reliable

Great portability, good grip
The non-slip surface works well even when I get a bit sweaty. It's very easy to carry to the park. Only giving 4 stars because it took a day to fully flatten out after unfolding.

Silent and comfortable

For the price, you really can't beat the quality. It feels durable and the thickness provides enough support for floor exercises without being too squishy.
Q: Is this mat suitable for hot yoga?
A: This mat is designed for general yoga, pilates, and home fitness. While it has a non-slip texture, it is not specifically engineered for excessive sweat conditions like hot yoga. We recommend using a yoga towel on top for such activities.
Q: Does the carry strap come attached or separate?
A: The adjustable carry strap comes separate in the package but is very easy to attach via the loops on the side of the folded mat. The storage bag is also included separately.
Q: Can I wash this in a washing machine?
A: No, please do not machine wash the mat as it may damage the foam structure. We recommend wiping it down with a mild soap solution and a damp cloth, then letting it air dry.
Q: Does this mat stay flat after being folded for a long time?
A: Yes, while there may be slight creases initially, the high-density foam typically returns to a flat state within 24 hours of being unfolded. Laying it flat with some books on the corners can speed up the process.
