Solid Professional Choice
Very impressed with the build quality of the African rosewood. It took a few days to settle after shipping, but now it holds tune very well. The mallets included are decent quality too.

Beautiful Sound Projection
The sound carries beautifully in large halls without losing clarity. The action of the bridges is smooth, making glissandos very easy to execute. A joy to play every day.

Great Instrument, Heavy Case
The yangqin itself is flawless with rich projection. The only minor downside is that the included hard case is quite heavy due to the solid wood construction, but it offers great protection.
