Beautiful tone and build quality
I was surprised by how resonant the aluminum plates sound. It doesn't have that cheap 'tinny' noise some toy xylophones have. The wood finish is smooth with no splinters. A fantastic choice for beginners or serious hobbyists.

Good value for the price
Solid construction and nice appearance. The 15-note range is sufficient for most children's songs. I deducted one star because the mallets could be slightly softer, but they work fine for general play.

Durable and portable
We take this on camping trips and it has held up perfectly. The case protects it well in the car. The notes are accurately tuned, which makes playing along with songs actually enjoyable.

Perfect for my music classroom!
I bought three of these for my elementary school music class. The sound is bright and clear, and the beech wood frame feels very sturdy. The carrying bags make storage and transport incredibly easy. Highly recommended for teachers.

Great starter instrument
Bought this for my 6-year-old daughter who is just starting to learn music. The keys are spaced well for small hands, and the mallets are a good size. Only minor issue is the bag zipper feels a bit stiff, but overall excellent value.
