Perfect for framed calligraphy projects

No warping issues

Great quality but takes practice

The pack size is generous. The surface is very smooth, which is great for fine line work, though less ideal for heavy splashing techniques.
Q: What is the difference between 'Raw' and 'Semi-Processed' in this context?
A: Raw Xuan absorbs ink instantly for blurred effects. This Semi-Processed version has been treated slightly to slow absorption, allowing for more controlled lines while retaining some natural diffusion.
Q: Can I use alcohol-based inks on this surface?
A: We recommend sticking to traditional water-based sumi inks. Alcohol-based inks may react unpredictably with the mirror finish coating.
Q: Do I need to mount these sheets before framing?
A: No, the cardboard backing is rigid and thick enough to be placed directly into a standard frame without additional mounting or matting.
Q: How should I store unused sheets to prevent damage?
