Elegant decoration
Even though it is blank, the background rubbing pattern is so detailed that it looks like a finished piece of art. It arrived well-packaged and undamaged.

Good but smaller than expected
The quality is fine, but I misread the dimensions. It is a 'small scroll' as stated, so make sure to check the size before buying if you have a large wall.

Beautiful aesthetic
I bought this as a blank scroll for practicing calligraphy. The surface takes ink well without bleeding too much. The only reason for 4 stars is that the roller knobs are slightly loose.

High quality traditional art

Perfect for my tea room
The texture of the Xuan paper is excellent, and the Han brick rubbing design adds a very authentic antique feel to my space. The mounting is sturdy and hangs beautifully.

Lovely gift for calligraphers
Purchased this for my grandfather who loves calligraphy. He was thrilled with the paper quality and the traditional Han dynasty aesthetic. Highly recommended.

A: You can use both. The premium Xuan paper is designed to work well with standard liquid calligraphy ink as well as freshly ground ink from an ink stick.
Q: Is the text on the scroll pre-written or is it blank?
A: The scroll features a printed Han brick rubbing background pattern, but the main writing area is blank Xuan paper, ready for you to write your own calligraphy.
Q: Does this come with a protective case for storage?
A: Yes, each scroll comes with a traditional blue cloth slipcase to protect it from dust and light when not on display.
Q: What are the exact dimensions of this hanging scroll?
A: This small scroll measures approximately 138cm in length and 33cm in width when unrolled. Please allow for a slight variation due to manual mounting.
