Solid wood, authentic feel
This is definitely real Thuja wood, not a composite. It has a nice weight to it. I deducted one star only because shipping took a bit longer than expected, but the product itself is flawless.

Great size for a desk accessory

Beautiful craftsmanship and scent
The detail on the horse and ingot is incredible. You can tell this was carved by hand. The Thuja wood has a wonderful, subtle aroma that fills my office without being overpowering.

Smooth finish and lovely texture

Exceeded expectations
I was worried it might look cheap in person, but the carving depth and the natural luster of the wood make it look very premium. It looks even better on my bookshelf than in the pictures.
