Essential for advanced materials
If you own a Bambu P1P and want to print anything other than basic PLA, get this. The detachable design makes swapping nozzles for different projects so much faster.

Easy installation and great performance

No more clogs!

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel hotend specifically for printing carbon fiber nylon, and it has been flawless. The upgrade to version 3.0 makes the detachment process incredibly smooth compared to the stock unit.
Q: Can I use this to print Polycarbonate (PC)?
A: Yes, this hotend is rated for temperatures up to 300°C, which is suitable for printing Polycarbonate. Please ensure your printer enclosure is closed to maintain ambient temperature for best results.
Q: How often should I replace the hardened steel nozzle?
A: Hardened steel nozzles are significantly more durable than brass. Under normal usage with abrasive filaments, they can last 5 to 10 times longer than brass nozzles. Replace only if you notice significant wear affecting print quality.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 non-Carbon version?
A: This assembly is specifically designed for the X1C and P1P models. While it may physically fit the X1, firmware and heating element differences might cause issues. We recommend checking your specific printer manual before purchasing.
Q: Does the silicone sock fit this upgraded assembly?
A: Yes, the package includes a high-temperature silicone sock specifically sized for the Extruder 3.0 assembly. It fits snugly and helps maintain thermal consistency during prints.
