Good but manual could be better
The machine works well once set up correctly. However, the instruction manual was a bit vague regarding calibration for specific heavy-duty adapters. Customer support helped us figure it out though.

Solid machine, steep learning curve

Sturdy and fast
Very impressed with the speed of operation. It balances a large tire in under a minute. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the power cord could be a bit longer for our shop layout.
