Sturdy and accurate
Bought this for our corporate wellness center. It feels very solid and the non-slip platform gives users confidence. Setup was straightforward. I deducted one star only because the manual could be more detailed regarding the PC connectivity setup.

Great value for professional grade equipment
Compared to other medical scales we looked at, this offers excellent precision at a competitive price point. The height sensor works consistently even with different hairstyles or headwear, which was a problem with our old mechanical rod system.

Perfect for our clinic workflow

Good features, loud voice
The scale is accurate and the display is easy to read from a distance. My only minor complaint is that the voice volume cannot be adjusted; it is quite loud for a quiet doctor's office waiting room. Otherwise, a fantastic product.
