Good quality for the price
I bought this set for my daughter who is just starting with watercolors. The gouache aspect provides nice opacity when needed. The only downside is the included brush is a bit small, but overall excellent.

Smooth application
The paints glide on paper very evenly. I appreciate that they can be used as both transparent watercolor and opaque gouache depending on how much water you add. Very versatile.

A: Simply rinse the brush thoroughly with warm water immediately after use. Since the paints are water-soluble, they clean up easily without needing harsh solvents.
Q: Does this set include white paint for highlights?
A: Yes, because this is a hybrid Watercolor and Gouache set, it includes a dedicated white pan that offers high opacity for adding highlights or correcting mistakes.
Q: Are the pans refillable once they run out?
A: The pans are fixed within the tray for stability during use. However, the set is designed to last a long time for students, and you can purchase separate Deli watercolor refills if needed.
