Perfect for heavy machinery
We use these in our manufacturing plant on equipment that experiences constant vibration. The Grade 8.8 strength holds up well, and we haven't had any failures yet.

Excellent corrosion resistance
Used these for an outdoor fencing project. The hot-dip galvanization is thick and even, providing great protection against the elements. They fit perfectly on M12 bolts.

Great value for bulk purchase
Ordered the M10 size for a large construction job. The price was competitive, and the delivery was fast. Every washer in the box looked consistent and well-made.

Reliable for high-temp areas
Installed these near an exhaust system where temperatures get quite high. No degradation of the zinc coating or loss of spring tension observed so far.

Solid spring tension
The elastic properties are exactly what I needed for my automotive application. They maintain tension well after tightening. Just ensure you have the right torque wrench.

Good quality, slightly rough finish
These washers are very strong and do a good job preventing loosening under vibration. The galvanized coating is a bit rougher than electro-plated ones, but that is expected for hot-dip.
Q: Can these be reused after removal?
A: While the steel remains strong, spring lock washers are designed for single-use to ensure optimal locking force. Reusing them may result in reduced tension and compromised anti-loosening performance.
Q: Do you sell these in individual sizes or only as a mixed kit?
A: We sell them in specific size packs (e.g., all M8 or all M10) as well as in mixed assortments. Please select your preferred option from the dropdown menu on the product page.
Q: What is the maximum temperature these washers can withstand?
A: The hot-dip galvanized coating is generally stable up to approximately 200°C (392°F). Beyond this temperature, the zinc coating may begin to degrade, though the steel itself remains strong.
Q: Are these washers compatible with stainless steel bolts?
A: Yes, they can be used with stainless steel bolts, but please be aware that using carbon steel washers with stainless bolts in highly corrosive environments may lead to galvanic corrosion over time.
Q: Is the zinc coating thick enough for marine environments?
A: Hot-dip galvanization offers superior corrosion resistance compared to electro-plating and is suitable for many marine applications. However, for direct saltwater immersion, additional protective measures or stainless steel alternatives are recommended.
