Excellent corrosion resistance

Using these in a workshop environment where humidity can be an issue. No signs of rust after three months. The black zinc plating seems durable.

Good quality, fast shipping

These washers are solid. I used them for an electronics enclosure. The only reason for 4 stars is that the bag was slightly torn upon arrival, but the parts were fine.

Mixed sizes in bag?

I ordered specifically M8, but found a couple of M10s mixed in. Most were correct though. Quality of the steel itself is good.

Q: Do you sell these in individual counts or only in bulk bags?

A: We primarily sell them in bulk bags containing 100, 500, or 1000 pieces depending on the size selected. We do not currently offer single-unit sales.

Q: Are these washers suitable for outdoor use in rainy conditions?

A: While they are made of 304 stainless steel with black zinc plating which offers good resistance, prolonged exposure to harsh saltwater or acidic rain may eventually cause wear. They are best suited for indoor or covered outdoor applications.

Q: What is the exact thickness of the M5 washer?

A: According to the GB93 standard, the nominal thickness for an M5 spring washer is approximately 1.0mm, with a tolerance of +/- 0.1mm.

Q: Is the black coating prone to chipping when tightened?

A: The black zinc plating is durable, but like any plated surface, excessive torque beyond the recommended specifications for the bolt size may cause minor chipping at the contact points.
