Great sound, heavy duty
These gongs are heavier than expected, which is good for durability. The resonance lasts a long time. Only giving 4 stars because the mounting straps needed a little adjustment to fit my belt securely.

A: Pure copper is naturally malleable and less prone to catastrophic cracking compared to brittle alloys. However, like any fine percussion instrument, dropping it on a hard surface from a height can cause dents or structural damage, so careful handling is advised.

A: Yes, absolutely. While optimized for waist mounting, the center hole fits standard cymbal stands. You may need a felt washer to protect the handmade surface, which is often included in the hardware kit.
