Excellent customization options
Needed a specific layout for our valve controls that wasn't in the standard catalog. The factory accommodated our drawings perfectly. The internal mounting rails are well-positioned and easy to work with.

Heavy duty but heavy
These boxes are built like tanks, which is exactly what you want for hazardous areas. Just be prepared that they are quite heavy, so ensure your mounting surface is reinforced. Installation instructions were clear.

Solid construction, minor finish issue
The cabinet is very robust and feels like it will last decades. One unit had a small scratch on the side panel upon arrival, but it didn't affect functionality. Support team was responsive in resolving the issue.

Great value for industrial grade
Compared to other suppliers, the price point here is very competitive for genuine explosion-proof equipment. The sealing gaskets are high quality, ensuring the IP65 rating is maintained even in dusty environments.

Reliable performance in harsh conditions
Installed these on an offshore platform six months ago. They have withstood salt spray, high humidity, and vibration without any issues. The powder coating shows no signs of corrosion yet.
Q: What is the lead time for a batch of 20 custom units?
A: For standard BXK models, shipping is usually within 3-5 days. For non-standard customizations involving 20 units, the typical production lead time is 15-20 working days after drawing approval.
Q: Does this come with pre-installed terminal blocks?
A: The standard configuration includes mounting rails. Terminal blocks, contactors, and PLCs can be pre-installed upon request as part of our assembly service, or the box can be supplied empty for your own installation.
Q: Can this box be customized with specific cutouts for HMI screens?
A: Yes, we offer non-standard customization. Please provide your technical drawings or dimensions, and our engineering team can manufacture the BXK series box with precise cutouts for HMIs, buttons, and indicators.
Q: Is the Ex certification valid for Zone 1 areas?
A: Yes, the BXK series with Ex d IIB T4 Gb rating is suitable for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas where explosive gas atmospheres may occur occasionally or rarely during normal operation.
Q: What type of cable glands are compatible with the entry holes?
A: The standard entries are threaded for M20 or M25 metric cable glands. We can also drill and tap for NPT threads or specific gland sizes if specified in your order requirements.
