A: For standard BXK models, shipping is usually within 3-5 days. For non-standard customizations involving 20 units, the typical production lead time is 15-20 working days after drawing approval.

Q: Does this come with pre-installed terminal blocks?

A: The standard configuration includes mounting rails. Terminal blocks, contactors, and PLCs can be pre-installed upon request as part of our assembly service, or the box can be supplied empty for your own installation.

Q: Can this box be customized with specific cutouts for HMI screens?

A: Yes, we offer non-standard customization. Please provide your technical drawings or dimensions, and our engineering team can manufacture the BXK series box with precise cutouts for HMIs, buttons, and indicators.

Q: Is the Ex certification valid for Zone 1 areas?

A: Yes, the BXK series with Ex d IIB T4 Gb rating is suitable for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas where explosive gas atmospheres may occur occasionally or rarely during normal operation.

Q: What type of cable glands are compatible with the entry holes?

A: The standard entries are threaded for M20 or M25 metric cable glands. We can also drill and tap for NPT threads or specific gland sizes if specified in your order requirements.
