Great quality, slightly tricky fit

The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. It took a little effort to push the tubing onto the 8mm connector, but once seated, it holds tight with no leaks.

Cooling system upgrade

Good nozzle, requires clean water

The nozzle works well, but I noticed it clogs easily if the water isn't filtered. Make sure to use a filter inline to maintain the fine mist.

A: Yes, this nozzle is designed specifically for standard 8mm OD polyethylene or nylon tubing used in misting systems.

Q: Can this be used for fog machines?

A: This nozzle produces a fine water mist suitable for cooling and humidification, but it is not designed for oil-based theatrical fog fluids.

Q: What is the minimum pressure required for a good mist?

A: For optimal atomization, we recommend a minimum pressure of 30 PSI. It will function at 20 PSI, but the droplets may be slightly larger.

Q: Is this nozzle compatible with high-pressure pump systems over 1000 PSI?

A: No, this is a low-pressure nozzle rated for up to 60 PSI. Using it with high-pressure systems may cause damage or unsafe operation.
