Q: What is the difference between the MC Nylon and PEEK versions?
A: MC Nylon offers excellent wear resistance and self-lubrication at a cost-effective price point. PEEK provides higher temperature resistance and superior chemical stability for more demanding environments.
Q: What is the maximum operating temperature for the ABS version?
A: The ABS version is suitable for temperatures up to approximately 80°C. For higher temperature applications, we recommend our PEEK or MC Nylon options.
Q: Can these bushings be customized to non-standard dimensions?
A: Yes, we offer full customization services. Please provide your technical drawings or specific dimension requirements, and our engineering team will produce them accordingly.
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for custom machining?
A: For standard sizes, there is no minimum order quantity. For custom machining projects, a small setup fee may apply for orders under 10 units, but we can discuss this based on your specific needs.
Q: Do I need to apply additional grease during installation?
A: No, these sleeves are oil-impregnated during manufacturing, providing self-lubrication. However, in extreme load conditions, occasional external lubrication may extend service life further.
