Excellent for hard stones

Not just for jade; I used this on some agate and it performed beautifully. The PU material holds up well under pressure.

Perfect finish for jade bangles

This PU wheel gives an incredible mirror shine to my jade bangles without generating too much heat. It fits my universal machine perfectly.

Q: What speed should I run this wheel at?

A: For best results, we recommend running the machine between 1200 and 1800 RPM. Always start at a lower speed to test.

Q: Will this fit a Dremel tool?

A: If your Dremel accepts a 6mm shank or you have a 6mm collet, yes. Most standard lapidary machines use this size directly.

Q: How do I clean the wheel if it gets clogged?

A: Use a dedicated abrasive cleaning stick or a stiff brass brush gently while the machine is off to remove residue.

Q: Is this suitable for soft stones like turquoise?

A: While primarily designed for hard stones like jade, it can be used on turquoise with very light pressure to avoid grooving.

Q: Do I need to use water or oil with this wheel?

A: This PU wheel is designed for dry polishing. However, if you notice excessive heat, brief intermittent dipping in water is acceptable.
