Solved my under-extrusion issues
I was struggling with inconsistent extrusion for weeks. Swapping to this full assembly fixed the problem instantly. The thermal paste pre-applied was a nice touch.

Works well but fan is slightly noisy
The heating element works great, but the cooling fan is a bit louder than the stock one. It doesn't affect print quality, just something to note if you print in a quiet room.

Perfect replacement for my CR-6 SE
My original hotend started clogging frequently, so I ordered this upgrade. Installation was straightforward and took about 15 minutes. The print quality improved immediately with better layer adhesion.

Good quality but instructions could be better
The part itself feels very solid and heats up quickly. However, the included manual was a bit vague on wire routing. If you have some experience with 3D printers, this is a non-issue.

A: Yes, whenever you replace the hotend or nozzle, it is highly recommended to re-level your print bed to ensure the first layer adheres correctly.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this hotend can reach?
A: The heater cartridge is rated for up to 260°C, which is suitable for PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU filaments.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: This package includes the hotend assembly, nozzle, and thermal paste. The silicone sock is sold separately, though your existing one may fit if it is still in good condition.
Q: Is this compatible with the CR-6 Max model?
A: No, this assembly is specifically designed for the Creality CR-6 SE. The mounting points and wiring harness differ for the Max model.
Q: Is the thermistor replaceable if it fails?
A: The thermistor is integrated into the assembly. While technically skilled users can replace just the sensor, we recommend replacing the entire unit for safety and reliability if a failure occurs.
