Solid product for the price

Does what it says. I use it for a small project burner. The brass feels heavy and durable. Shipping was fast too.

Works but threading was tight

The nozzle functions well, but the threads were extremely tight and required significant force to install. Make sure you have the right wrench. Performance is good otherwise.

Durable and reliable

Good quality, needs precise tuning

The build quality is solid brass. It took some time to get the air-to-fuel ratio right for methanol, but once tuned, it burns cleanly. Deducting one star for the lack of included instructions.

Perfect for my waste oil heater

This brass nozzle works exactly as described. I installed it on my workshop heater running on filtered vegetable oil, and the atomization is excellent. Very stable flame.

Great upgrade from stock nozzle

Replaced the original nozzle on my old burner with this one. The spray pattern is much more consistent, leading to better combustion efficiency.

A: For cleaning, we recommend soaking the nozzle in an appropriate solvent for the fuel used (e.g., mineral spirits) and using a soft brush. Avoid using metal wires that could damage the orifice.

Q: Can I use this for kerosene?

A: Yes, this nozzle is suitable for kerosene, light fuel oil, methanol, and vegetable oils.

Q: Is this nozzle compatible with biodiesel blends?

A: Yes, this siphon type nozzle is compatible with biodiesel blends as well as pure vegetable oil and standard fuel oil.

Q: What is the maximum pressure this nozzle can handle safely?

A: We recommend operating this nozzle between 20 and 60 PSI for optimal atomization. While it can withstand higher pressures, performance may degrade outside the recommended range.

Q: Does this come with a gasket or seal?
