Perfect for our dance troupe
We bought six of these for our community Yangge group. The sound is incredibly deep and resonant, exactly what we needed for outdoor performances. The cowhide feels durable and the wood construction is solid.

Best purchase for our festival
Used these for the Lunar New Year festival performance. They held up beautifully against vigorous playing and the weather. The projection of sound is impressive even in a large square.

Good value for money
Solid drum for the price. The paint details are vibrant and haven't chipped yet after a month of practice. It takes a little breaking in to get the best sound, but overall very satisfied.

Authentic Ansai style
As a dance instructor, I appreciate the authentic design. The tension on the drumhead is perfect right out of the box, producing that classic loud crack needed for Ansai waist drum routines.

Exceeded expectations

Great quality but heavy for small kids
The craftsmanship is excellent and the drum sounds amazing. However, it is a bit heavy for my 6-year-old to carry for long periods. Perfect for adults or older children though.
