A: Yes, the device supports Modbus RTU which allows you to connect up to 247 devices on a single two-wire RS485 bus by assigning unique slave IDs to each unit.
Q: Is there a digital display on the unit itself?
A: No, this specific model ([TITF]) is designed as a headless sensor for integration into larger systems. It does not have a local LCD screen; data is read exclusively via the RS485 interface.
Q: What is the maximum cable length recommended for reliable communication?
A: For standard RS485 communication at 9600 baud rate, we recommend a maximum cable length of 1200 meters. Using shielded twisted pair cable is advised for noisy industrial environments.
