Kids love them
Bought these for my daughter who loves drawing anime characters. They are easy for her to hold, and I love that the ink doesn't wash off her clothes easily once dry. Safe and fun.

No smudging!
I have sweaty hands and usually ruin my drawings, but these dry instantly and never smudge. The soft tip feels great on the paper, almost like a brush pen but with precise control.

Good but cap can be tight
The ink flow is excellent and the lines are crisp. However, the cap is sometimes very hard to pull off, which worries me about damaging the tip. Otherwise, a solid pen.

Professional quality at a good price
I've used expensive Japanese brands before, and these SIPA pens hold up surprisingly well. The black is very dense and opaque. Perfect for technical drafting too.

Perfect for Manga Inking
These pens are a game changer for my comic strips. The line is consistent, and the waterproof ink means I can watercolor over my sketches without any bleeding. Highly recommended for illustrators.

Great value for students
Bought a set for my architecture class. They glide smoothly on paper and the tip hasn't frayed yet after two weeks of heavy use. Only wish they came in more sizes in one pack.
Q: Can I use these on glossy photo paper?
A: While they work best on standard sketchbook or Bristol paper, they can be used on glossy surfaces. Please note that drying time may be slightly longer on non-absorbent materials.
Q: How long does the ink last if I leave the cap off by mistake?
A: If left uncapped for an extended period, the tip may dry out. We recommend recapping immediately after use. If it dries, try scribbling on scrap paper to restart the flow, but prolonged exposure may ruin the pen.
Q: Are these pens safe for children under 10?
A: Yes, the SIPA Fine Liner Pens are non-toxic and safe for children. However, adult supervision is recommended for younger kids to prevent accidental ingestion of the cap or pen body.
Q: Is the ink truly waterproof for watercolor washes?
A: Absolutely. Once the ink is completely dry (usually within seconds), it is pigment-based and waterproof, allowing you to apply watercolors or markers over it without smearing.
