Excellent for fitness
I use this for a quick cardio workout before work. It's surprisingly exhausting in a good way! The adjustable cord length allows me to change the difficulty level easily.

Decent but cord gets tangled
It works well for basic forehand and backhand drills. However, if you hit the ball at a sharp angle, the cord can sometimes twist. You just need to untangle it occasionally.

Solid trainer for beginners

Good quality, takes some getting used to
The build quality is solid. The elastic tension feels a bit different from a real opponent, but after a few sessions, my reflexes have improved significantly. Recommended for drills.

A: Yes, the device features an adjustable cord mechanism. By shortening or lengthening the cord attachment point, you can increase or decrease the tension and speed of the ball's return.
Q: Does it come with extra balls?
A: The package includes 3 premium 40mm ping pong balls. While these are durable, we recommend purchasing standard replacement balls separately if they get lost or damaged over time.

A: The weighted base weighs approximately 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs), providing enough stability for vigorous play by both adults and children.
