Great value but loud motor
The features are fantastic for the price point. It handles spin well and the battery lasts long enough for a solid session. My only complaint is that the motor is a bit louder than expected when running at max speed.

Kids love it

Excellent upgrade from manual models

Solid trainer for intermediate players

Good concept, clamp needs improvement
The launching mechanism works well and the variety of spins is good. However, the table clamp feels a bit flimsy on thicker tournament tables. I had to add some padding to make it secure.

A: The package includes 3 practice balls to get you started immediately. However, for extended training sessions, we recommend purchasing a bulk pack of standard 40mm+ balls separately.
Q: Is there a warranty included with this product?
A: Yes, all our table tennis trainers come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please keep your order number for claims.
Q: Can I adjust the frequency of the ball release?
A: Yes, the fully automatic mode allows you to adjust the release frequency from 1 ball every 3 seconds up to 5 balls per second, depending on the speed setting you choose.
Q: How long does the battery last on the highest speed setting?
A: On the highest speed setting (Level 5), the battery typically lasts about 60 minutes. On lower settings, you can expect up to 90 minutes of continuous play.
Q: Does this machine work with old 38mm balls or only the new 40mm+ ones?
A: This device is optimized for standard 40mm+ plastic balls used in modern competition. While it may occasionally feed 38mm celluloid balls, we strongly recommend using 40mm+ balls for consistent performance and to prevent jamming.
