Good value for money

For the price, this is a solid training aid. It provides good tension for practicing the turn. The carrying pouch is a nice touch for keeping it clean in the trunk of my car.

Perfect for warming up before a round

Great build quality

The foam grips are very comfortable and don't slip even when my hands are sweaty. The elastic cord feels durable. I deducted one star only because I wish it came with a printed exercise guide.
