A: Yes, automatic tiered pricing is applied at checkout for orders exceeding 100, 250, and 500 units. The more you buy, the lower the price per card.
Q: Can I upload my own design with a transparent background?
A: Yes, we accept PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Please ensure your resolution is at least 300 DPI for the best print quality.
Q: Are these cards compatible with standard badge holders?
A: Absolutely. Our standard rectangular cards adhere to CR80 dimensions (3.375" x 2.125"), fitting perfectly into most universal badge holders and lanyards.
Q: Is the ink scratch-resistant for outdoor use?
A: Our UV-cured ink is highly resistant to scratching and fading. While they are waterproof and durable, prolonged direct sunlight exposure over years may eventually cause slight fading.
Q: What happens if I make a mistake in my artwork after ordering?
A: If production has not started, you can request a change within 1 hour of placing the order. Once printing begins, changes cannot be made, so please proof carefully.
