Survived the whole school year
We put these on in September and it is now June. The tag still looks brand new despite rain, snow, and rough handling on the playground. Highly recommend!

Great quality, slightly small font
The material feels very durable and waterproof as advertised. My only minor critique is that the font size is a bit small if you choose a long name, but otherwise excellent.

Good value for money
Bought a set for both my kids. They stick well to nylon and canvas bags. One star off because shipping took a day longer than expected, but the product itself is great.
Q: Can I include an emoji or symbol in the embroidery?
A: Currently, our embroidery machines only support standard alphanumeric characters (A-Z, 0-9) to ensure maximum clarity and durability. Symbols and emojis are not available at this time.
Q: Is the tag removable if I want to reuse the backpack next year?
A: The adhesive is permanent for long-term durability. Removing it may leave residue or damage the fabric. We recommend ordering a new tag for the next school year.
Q: How long does production and shipping take?
A: Production typically takes 2-3 business days after proof approval. Standard shipping adds another 3-5 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Q: What happens if there is a spelling error in my order?
A: Please double-check your entry before submitting! If our team makes an error during embroidery, we will reprint and resend it for free. If the customer provides the wrong spelling, we offer a 50% discount on a replacement.
Q: Will this adhesive damage the fabric of a delicate backpack?
A: Our 3M adhesive is designed to be strong yet safe for most synthetic fabrics like nylon and polyester. We recommend testing a small area first if your bag is made of silk or very delicate natural fibers.
